Villamartin is consistently the strongest converting area for Scandinavian buyers in our pipeline, followed by Torrevieja (particularly the La Veleta and Los Balcones villa segments) and Punta Prima for coastal apartments.

The price bands that actually move

Most Scandinavian-reserved homes in our recent transactions sit between €180k and €353k. Detached villas with a private pool in Villamartin trend higher; central Torrevieja apartments anchor the lower end of the band.
